error while installing Spybot beta

Hi,

I'm trying to install Spybot beta since I am having problems launching Spybot. Now I am having problems installing beta. A message popped up that says

"An error occured while trying to replace the existing file.
DeleteFile failed; code 5.
Access is denied."

I have clicked "retry" several times, but still get the same message. If I ignore this, will it drastically alter the success of the program?

Check if spybot is active.
Use Ctrl+Alt+Delete key combination to show Task Manager. In processes tab find SpybotSD.exe.
Select it and click End Process. It will show a warning.Click yes to end the process.
If process is not active, then can be next:
You have not have access to delete file.
