win32/nsanti removal

hi i'm completely new to this. don't know what a hijack this log is. i use avg free. every time i try opening a drive it detects a thereat and moves it to the virus vault but then it acts up again. any help will be appreciated

I am sorry for the wait, if you still need help, read those directions. Do not post the Kaspersky scan now until I ask for it. Proceed like this.

You are running two antivirus programs at the same time and this is not a good thing. They conflict with each other and you will be less safe than if you ran one good program and maintained it properly. Uninstall one, update the one you keep and run a complete system scan, post for me any item that can't be removed, the complete name and pathway.

Uninstall one of those

Download ComboFix from Here (http://www.techsupportforum.com/sectools/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) or Here (http://download.bleepingcomputer.com/sUBs/ComboFix.exe) to your Desktop

Double click combofix.exe and follow the prompts.
When finished, it shall produce a log for you. Post that log and a HiJackthis log in your next reply

Note: Do not mouseclick combofix's window while its running. That may cause it to stall

Post the combofix log and a new HJT log.
