scan on start up

hi there all, i installed S & D only yesterday and seem to remember saying yes to enabling scan on start up or something of the kind. Can I disable it or rescedule to weekly scans? Tried to change it via spybot and windows without success. Obviously doesn't like the idea of changing. Guidance please.

Hello,

Please run Spybot - Search & Destroy and switch to the Advanced mode via the menu item Mode.
Now select 'Settings' - 'Settings' from the navigation bar on the left.
There you will find many options to automate Spybot - Search & Destroy, also when to start it.
