Need Help dropper.ragger

OK, I recently got this alert popping up from spybot-SD resident it says Category: system start up global entry.
change: value detected Entry: wextract_cleanup 1
Old data: rundll32.exe.
(Allow change) (deny change) (info) I just hit deny change.
So i ran and got something called dropper.ragger i got SB 1.4.
So i went through the forums looked on Google for answers tried some like run in safe mode. I cant find anything that's helping. My computer doesn't seem to have anything wrong with it but it runs a little slower and my Internet explorer sometimes doesn't work and i have to end program and re open. :red

I don't see any problems in your HJT log. Try updating to the newest servion of Spybot S&D and see what happens:

Ask your Spybot questions here: http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=4

If you do the above and still think you have malware issue, read the directions and post the Kaspersky Online scan and a new HJT log.
