I seem to be having the same problem as a lot of people on here suffering with the Smitfraud-C and Zlob problems.
I have read the sticky and produced both the logs you asked for.
I look forward to hearing from you.

Welcome to Safer Networking, I wish to be sure you have viewed and understand this information.
"BEFORE you POST" (READ this Procedure before Requesting Assistance)
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=288
All advice given is taken at your own risk.
Please make sure you have read this information so we are on the same page.
You have multiple infections and this will require some work to clean it up.
Someone on this computer is downloading junk, see this:
C:\Program Files\BearShareV6.exe/WISE0104.BIN/stream/data0005 ------> AdWare.Win32.Mostofate.j skipped
http://www.emsisoft.it/it/malware/?Adware.Win32.Mostofate.j
http://forums.spybot.info/showthread.php?t=282
http://www.nutnworks.com/SafeHex/file_sharing.htm
Please keep the computer offline except when troubleshooting until we get it clean. Read and follow the directions carefully, the tools will not work unless you do.
1) http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfraudfix from here and follow ONLY these directions.
Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/processutil/processutil.htm
2) Thanks to LonnyBJones and anyone else who helped with this fix.
Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://www.bleepingcomputer.com/files/lonny/Fixwareout.exe
Save it to your Desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish.
The fix will begin; follow the prompts.
You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so.
Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
Once the desktop loads post the text that will open (report.txt) and a new Hijackthis log in the forum please.
3) Thanks to andymanchesta and anyone else who helped with the fix.
Download SDFix and save it to your Desktop
http://downloads.andymanchesta.com/RemovalTools/SDFix.exe
Double click SDFix.exe and it will extract the files to %systemdrive%
(Drive that contains the Windows Directory, typically C:\SDFix)
Please then reboot your computer in Safe Mode by doing the following :
Restart your computer
After hearing your computer beep once during startup, but before the Windows icon appears, tap the F8 key continually;
Instead of Windows loading as normal, the Advanced Options Menu should appear;
Select the first option, to run Windows in Safe Mode, then press Enter.
Choose your usual account.
Open the extracted SDFix folder and double click RunThis.bat to start the script.
Type Y to begin the cleanup process.
It will remove any Trojan Services and Registry Entries that it finds then prompt you to press any key to Reboot.
Press any Key and it will restart the PC.
When the PC restarts the Fixtool will run again and complete the removal process then display Finished, press any key to end the script and load your desktop icons.
Once the desktop icons load the SDFix report will open on screen and also save into the SDFix folder as Report.txt
(Report.txt will also be copied to Clipboard ready for posting back on the forum).
Finally paste the contents of the Report.txt back on the forum with a new HijackThis log
RECAP: Post the C:\rapport.txt from Smitfraudfix, the reports from Fixwareout, the report from SDFix and a new HJT log.
Thanks

Hi pskelly,
Thanks for the reply and what looks like some serious help and advice, I can confirm my son uses Bearshare to download music files on this PC so I am not surprised at your comments, we have got away with it for a while now but it looks to have caught up with us.
I have read the "Before you post" thread, I am happy and understand the content regarding advice provided to me on this site so I can confirm we are "On the same page"
I will not get the fixes started until Friday evening due to other commitments so I will hopefully get everything you need posted on here over the weekend.
Many Thanks
Mike

Thanks for returning your information and great job with those tools.
We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
* If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
* On the left hand side, Click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
* Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer.
Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.
Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Hi Phil,
Thanks for the latest advice, I have done what you said and posted the latest HJT Log below.
My PC is running fine, I have not had a pop up appear or a rouge desk top icon appear for 2 days now however that is with with limited use whilst dealing with you.

Hi Phil,
I did see that result so I was hoping you were going to tell me I was clean.
I would just like to say thank you for all your help and advice over the past few days, I could not have done it without you.
I have made a donation via paypal to help keep up the fight.
Finally I appreciate the links pointing me towards things to do for the future, I shall be taking a look and putting them into action.
Kind Regards
Mike
