help me remove 007 Spy Software

Spybot 1.4 tells me I have 007 Spy Software,but is unable to remove it....even when I run Spybot in safe mode.

what is HJT log?

tashi,I must tell you that I am a rookie...and will need things spelled out for me!I have run Spybot and copied all reports I could to "my documents".Is the SpybotSD.Report.txt the same as the HJT log ?

Ihave the log in "my documents"....now where exactly do you want me to post ?

Good, Glad it was that simple

Your logs look fine, i would however fix the line below
Start Hijackthis and place a check next to this item
O20 - Winlogon Notify: SDNotify - C:\WINDOWS\
====================================
Hit fix checked and close Hijackthis.

Are there any problems now ?

007 Spy Software not detected anymore

Spybot is no longer detecting 007 Spy Software . THANK YOU.
I am getting the same defective "log" result that Spybot can't fix.

Hi

Thats common, logs are only usages tracks, either exclude logs or use the spyware only file sets (check SpyBots help file if needed)

Any other questions or problems feel free to ask/Mention them
