If I "fix" AdSpy.TTC, my "refresher" toolbar button disappears.

This is an Internet Explorer add-on which can be downloaded from http://www.snapfiles.com/get/yrefresher.html and which I have used for quite some time. This free product has a good reputation on the Internet and I don't believe it is spyware.

It is only recently (I think within the past month or two) that SpyBot started detecting this as spyware.

AdSpy.TTC was added to detections 2007-05-02.

I left a note for the team, meanwhile if you do not want AdSpy detected, please check the box to exclude it from the scans.

Open Spybot-S&D > Mode-Advanced > Settings > Ignore products.

it looks like yrefresher uses the same name for its browser helper, we will change the detection to avoid detecting yrefresher.
