Bot check number/threat list number decreasing?

I am running Spybot 1.4. When I run the bot check after downloading updates, it counts off the items it is look for. The total number of things it used to check for was over 100,000 (I think about 108,000). Now my total count is 91416. Why has the total number of things it is checking for (the threat list) decreased?

Go to the Settings -> File Sets page and check whether all sets are checked :)
Part of the DB has been moved to a temporary file HeavyDuty.sbi while it is being optimized for taking less CPU load hopefully. It contains about 17k entries, which is about the difference you miss.
