Hello and thanks for this great tool.

I installed Spybot about a week ago and scanned my system and it found no problems. Last night I left my computer on all night because I was sharing some torrents. This morning I turned them off and closed down the program. I noticed my lan connection in the systray is still showing internet activity with both solid lights on and my modem still blinking as if data is transferring. I disabled my connection and enabled and it came back on.

I launched Spybot, did the updates and after the updates were done installing a message popped up. I don't recall the exact words but it said something like something had messed with Spybot and to check for malware and other things. Does this mean I can't trust Spybot anymore and that I should uninstall and reinstall?

Hello,

This is a microsoft message.
We have implemented this tool as it should be needed for the vista certification.
But it shows to be buggy and does not make any sense, so we have already deleted it.

Here is the download file for the fix: the new Spybot beta (http://www.spybotupdates.biz/files/beta/spybotsd15he-beta2.exe).

Best regards
Sandra

I just downloaded this and install and I have a dos window that has the cursur blinking and jumping all over the place in the dos window. It won't go away. The setup window is still behind that one. It will not finish installing.
