Hi there,
I have two problems with my laptop:
1) Whenever I use Windows internet explorer, if I open more than one window then choose to close only one of those windows leaving the remaining ones open, I get a message that there has been an error and windows will have to close the windows.
2) I have a general pop up informing me that I have a trojan virus although I realise this is the virus itself and pops up continuously.
Any help/advice would be much appreciated.
