I have just installed spybot on my vista pc the Spybot icon in the toolbar has a pad lock on it when i point to Spybot icon a pop up say's spybot-sd resident 58189 processes blacklisted. App:C\Program Files|Spybot - Search Destroy\Data C:\Program....
Does anyone know what this is about the program seems to work OK. I have used spybot before on old win xp PC without and problems

That is the resident TeaTimer - the realtime protection of Spybot - Search & Destroy - which has items blacklisted in order to block the baddies from getting in.

If you surf the web and without any user interaction the teatimer pops up and warns about a registry change it is better to "deny", but if you install something by yourself it is OK to "allow" the change.
