Hello and welcome to the forum. If you still need help and are not receiving service elsewhere, let's do this for starters. Some nice folks in the Ukraine decided you needed hacked: http://www.whois.sc/85.255.116.61
It is important that you follow the directions carefully, let's start the cleanup like this.
You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.
Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:
http://downloads.subratam.org/Fixwareout.exe
http://swandog46.geekstogo.com/Fixwareout.exe
Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
When your system reboots, follow the prompts
Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan, and check the following items

Then click Fix Checked
Close HijackThis, and click OK to proceed.
At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.
Finally, please post a fresh HijackThis log, along with the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt
Now lets check some settings on your system.
(2000/XP) Only
In the windows control panel. If you are using Windows XP's Category View, select the Network and Internet Connections category otherwise double click on Network Connections. Then right click on your default connection, usually local area connection for cable and dsl, and left click on properties. Click the Networking tab. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio dial that says Obtain DNS servers automatically
Press OK twice to get out of the properties screen and reboot if it asks.
That option might not be avaiable on some systems
Next Go start run type cmd and hit OK
type
ipconfig /flushdns
then hit enter, type exit hit enter
(that space between g and / is needed)
Restart the computer and post the logs requested and bolded above and we will see what is left to do.

Good morning Stuart, we do have a problem with that line you saw after the fix. Just briefly, these Ukranian hackers know we have a tool to remove their garbage. They appear to have come up with a way to reinstall a key element once we remove it and the name changes as you see. I just had a battle with this in another post and may have learned something? In that case I had the user run the whole fix again. I am providing a link to Killbox below. You may try anything you wish, but the item needs to be removed. Try removing it with HJT, reboot and run HJT again right away looking for and removing the line it morphed to. You can also try Killbox, have it ready then copy the pathway of the new item to it quickly, kill it then reboot and see if it is gone. Please let me know what works as it may help the next victim. If none of this works, I have included the entire instructions again if you need them.
Here is the way the information was given to me:
NOTE:
With this infection, it is important you tell the victim, when hijackthis opens after reboot, before the rest loads, (s)he needs to check and fix the random O4 entry starting with dm***.exe
This one will always change after reboot. If that entry is not fixed, it will load again and rename, keeping the infection alive. I will highlite this information, as you must do this or the infection will return.
I am sorry, but it appears these guys have managed to use the item to reinstall the hack. We will need to run through the process again. I will post it completely for your benefit.
You may want to print out these instructions for reference, since you will have to restart your computer during the fix.
Please download FixWareout from one of these sites:

Save it to your desktop and run it. Click Next, then Install, then make sure "Run fixit" is checked and click Finish. The fix will begin; follow the prompts. You will be asked to reboot your computer; please do so. Your system may take longer than usual to load; this is normal.
When your system reboots, follow the prompts
Afterwards, HijackThis will launch. Please click Scan, and check the following items
O4 - HKLM\..\Run: [dmytl.exe] C:\WINDOWS\system32\dmytl.exe
Then click Fix Checked
Close HijackThis, and click OK to proceed.
At the end of the fix, you may need to restart your computer again.
Finally, please post a fresh HijackThis log, along with the contents of the logfile C:\fixwareout\report.txt
Now lets check some settings on your system.
(2000/XP) Only
In the windows control panel. If you are using Windows XP's Category View, select the Network and Internet Connections category otherwise double click on Network Connections. Then right click on your default connection, usually local area connection for cable and dsl, and left click on properties. Click the Networking tab. Double-click on the Internet Protocol (TCP/IP) item and select the radio dial that says Obtain DNS servers automatically
Press OK twice to get out of the properties screen and reboot if it asks.
That option might not be avaiable on some systems
Next Go start run type cmd and hit OK
type
ipconfig /flushdns
then hit enter, type exit hit enter
(that space between g and / is needed)

I will be glad to try to answer questions if they come up, but we are learning this one together, and I can assure you until that 04 line is gone from the log you will still be hacked. Once you are successful and it is no longer there, post a new HJT log for a final check.

Ran Hijack this, removed the d..../exe ran HJT again after reboot nothing there.

If you don't have a good cleaner, use this one with these instuctions:
Download CCleaner from this link: http://www.ccleaner.com/ Review the instructions http://www.ccleaner.com/help/tour1.asp
Run CCleaner, Windows & Applications when you run the registry cleaner (Issues) you will be prompted to backup before you can remove stuff, make sure you do.
System Restore does not know good from bad, it backs up everything. In case some of the infection got into your System Restore files, follow the instructions in this link to get clean System Restore files. Turn it off, restart your computer and turn it back on.
