Spybot Search & Destroy messages

My temporary folders have "mys" (server setting files) reappearing after I delete them and Spybot (TeaTimer?) provides the following message:

Spybot detected session manager value change from:

autocheck autochk /p \??\C:\autocheck autochk
to:
autocheck autochk *\

I have denied this change three times. I am running v1.5.1.15. I have also received a message to the effect that I have been trying to unistall Spybot. Note HJT log below:
