Hey there
I'm new to the forum! Have been reading the posts previously. It's been a great help with some of the malware issues I've been having! I've decided to register to sort out some other malware that are sticking on my computer. I read the note about installing Spybot and Kaspersky. I tried previously to install these programs but because I've installed eTrust on my computer I can't do it. Any suggestions?
I've been using this program called AntiSpywarebot. It's been good in detecting issues that were previously blocking my internet access which thankfully is now restored. I installed some Trojan remover program and did a scan and it said that it's a bad program - is that correct? Anyway it came up with a few problems that i'm having trouble getting rid of:
Downloader:
Agent - hkey_local_machine_software\microsoft\window nt\currentversion\network@^uid
small - c:\windows\system32\drivers\symavc32.sys
Spware
bancos - hkey_users\.default\software\microsoft\windows\currentversion\run@^userinit
What can I do about these things?
