I have unknown trojan virus as well and I have done all that you have advised the other person "CSEA8950" up to the Reeboot. I ran Smitfraud, I saved my reports I cleaned in Safe mode hitting 2, yes and yes and then my computer rebooted and gave me the second report, can someone help me from here?? Please
