Hi

Removing "Adssite" requires uninstalling FireFox

To uninstall Firefox completely, you want to clear out everything related to Firefox, e.g., the profile or profiles, add-ons and cookies.

Note:
Uninstalling Firefox does not remove the user profiles, etc. To get a truly clean re-install it, that's all needs to be removed...

In XP, the profile folder is usually located here:

C:\Documents and Settings\[User Name]\Application Data\Mozilla\Firefox\Profiles

Go to the Program Files folder and delete the "Mozilla Firefox" folder there.

After the above:

Download Firefox from its official site.

So far so good! It's been a couple of days and I haven't got any pop-ups like I usually do! That may just have fixed it! Thanks a ton! I'll let you know if I get any later.
