Hiya i am stuck!!!

I have run spybot and it has brought up

Zlob.Downloader.vcd
Zlob.Downloader.rid
Smitfraud-C.MSVPS

Spybot is not able to remove them!! Can you please help me remove these buggers from my pc! I am a novice at this so please help!
