I'm unable to remove virtumonde

I'm new to this forum, been a spy bot user for years and recently have found a virtumonde problem that will not erase after multiple attempts w/ spybot, adware, and mccafee. I've read serveral other post about this issue and have done hjt scan and a kaspersky scan (results will be posted). I need more guidance as to what to do next. I'm not a computer whiz, so please bare with me. I have tried to manually erase the infected files but they seem to hidden else where. Thanks.
