G'day mate, you are missing the directions that are posted plainly at the top of this forum.
I understand now that you are having difficulty running the Kaspersky Online Scan, are you using Internet Explorer to run it?
If you are still having these problems, read the directions and post the correct HJT log version 2.0.2 and the Kaspersky Online Scan results if possible, I can live without that just now, but need the correct HJT log.
Cheers

G'day eddie, the HJT log shows a little trash but nothing that should be causing your issues, we will need to look at bit. I see leftover evidence of this:
http://www.prevx.com/filenames/X398401908265534694-0/BMLVQKN.DLL.html which could mean you have a Smitfraud infection and that is usually hidden, we will check for it.
1) C:\Program Files\Grisoft\AVG Anti-Spyware 7.5\guard.exe
C:\Program Files\SUPERAntiSpyware\SUPERAntiSpyware.exe
Do you own those two programs or are they trials. Keep in mind while they both are running they are using a load of resources and will slow your computer.
2) C:\PROGRA~1\Ashampoo\ <<< do you own this one?
4) O23 - Service: ewido security suite control - ewido networks - C:\Program Files\ewido anti-malware\ewidoctrl.exe
This one has been obsolete for a good while, look in Add Remove programs and uninstall it if there, if not at least disable it in service for now.
Disable the Service: Click Start > Run and type services.msc
Scroll down to ewido security suite control and right click on it.
Click Properties and under Service Status click Stop, then under Startup Type change it to Disabled.
It may take a restart for the change to go into effect.
5) If you should have any tool I ask you to use, delete it and download it new from the link I provide, read and follow the directions carefully or the tools will not work.
http://siri.geekstogo.com/SmitfraudFix.php <<< download Smitfraudfix from here and follow ONLY these directions.
Search:
Double-click SmitfraudFix.exe
Select 1 and hit Enter to create a report of the infected files. The report can be found at the root of the system drive, usually at C:\rapport.txt
Note: process.exe is detected by some antivirus programs (AntiVir, Dr.Web, Kaspersky) as a "RiskTool". It is not a virus, but a program used to stop system processes. Antivirus programs cannot distinguish between "good" and "malicious" use of such programs, therefore they may alert the user.
http://www.beyondlogic.org/consulting/processutil/processutil.htm
Post only the C:\rapport.txt and the information I requested.
Cheers

Thanks a clean HJT log, what malware problems are you having?
The only thing I am seeing is Norton Ghost? What are you using for an antivirus program? Windows Defender is not an antivirus program, if you need a free one, here are several to choose from, run only one.

Thanks Phil.:present:It seems as if every think is working well , down loaded avg spyware and antivirus I had deleted them before last hjt, Norton Ghost is part of a program that was included with this computer it will install original programs if I crash.sending my system info it may mean something to you,it means nothing to me,as long as comp works thats all I want to know.
thanks again Phil :beerbeerb:

Thanks for returning that feedback, not sure of your version of Norton Ghost:
http://www.symantec.com/norton/products/overview.jsp?pcid=br&pvid=ghost12
and I have never used it, but there is some information for you. I believe it is a backup program, as you said, that can reinstall stuff in the event of a complete failure?
Key Technologies Full system backup and restore
File and folder backups
Incremental backups
Event-based backups
Advanced compression and encryption
It is surely not an antivirus program, you need to have one installed and runing at all times.
Some good information for you:

A big thank you pskelley, :beerbeerb:you deserve a beer no you earned the beer.
Having a look at the sites you gave me very interesting really has given me more of an insite to the AV & ASW,I get confused about what is right to download with spyware & antivirus is too many too much does one cancel out the other?.
I have Defender,Spybot,AVG-AV,AVG-ASW,can I run Superantispyware as well?.
Thank you again Phil was good to hear from you again.
