I get the following alert each time I run Sypbot (after a reboot):

HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SOFTWARE\Microsoft\Security Center\AntiVirusDiasbleNotify!=dword:0

I have Zone Alarm and Norton AntiVirus 2005.

Should I select to ignore this alert in future scans?

The detections database has not detected the DSO Exploit for several months.
What Windows OS are you running?
What version of Spybot-S&D are you running?
What is the latest detection update date?
Items 2 & 3 can be found by going into Spybot > Help > About.
