system internals entries

i recently activated the advanced mode option in s&d. under the system internals section, i have quite a few entries to go through. some say "missing shared dll", "starup file does not exist", "wrong app path", and a couple more. most all seem connected to programs that i am still using [or at least still have installed].

should i still go ahead and "fix all" and then repair the programs that dont work after [if necessary]?
