Exiting IE6 with memory error 0x01c21ea8

I keep coming up with the same error everytime I shut down internet
explorer 6. It says:
iexplore.exe - application error
The instruction at "0x01c21ea8" referenced memory at "0x01c2ea8". The
memory could not be "read"

Have run highjack and my log file is too big for this forum.

Any suggestions?
