pmnonlm.dll??!

I have a program called EAV Antivirus Suite Free Edition V5.42 and for about 50 or so times, it came up as;

Virus Found!!
[virus type= pmnonlm.dll]
[path]:
c:\windows\system32\pmnonlm.dll
remove it?? (select no to ignore it)

I really do not understand, i didn't download anything, and no matter what i do, click yes to remove it or no to ignore it, it always comes up. just to check, i even went to where the file was to manually delete it, but it ended up saying that it is being currently used.

What can I do?
