Running first scan without internet connection and no update?

That pretty much sums it up. We got a catch 22 here and I need help. I have no internet connection on the computer because I believe there is a spyware problem and I need to run a scan and sd is asking for either an updated definitions file or just a definitions file period. How can I either by pass this to get the first scan running or do a manual update? Please be specific so I can get this computer on the net and do auto updates! Thanks, Gregg!

Please download the installation and the update file on another computer,
copy these to a CD or USB stick and then install and run it on the infected computer:
Installation file (http://www.spybotupdates.com/files/spybotsd152.exe)
Update file (run it after the installation) (http://www.spybotupdates.com/updates/files/spybotsd_includes.exe)
