Getting a lot of popups

Hi,

Need help here. I managed to get somekind of spyware on my computer. I get popups even if I don't have IE open. And when I visit sites I get these annoying popup adds saying my computer may be at risk click here for a free scan. Here is my Hijackthis log. PLEASE HELP!!
