Not detecting bugs

Hello,
I have Spybot 1.4.
I upload all updates, then I run a scan. I rarely find any bugs, and at the most only one. Next I run Ad-Aware and it usually finds between 20 and 30 infections. My privacy setting is set to medium in Internet Explorer.
Is this amount of detections normal?

Please run Spybot - Search & Destroy and switch to "Advanced mode" via the menu bar item "Mode" and select "Settings" --> "File Sets" in the left bar. There, please right-click somewhere into the list and choose "select all available checks".

If this does not help AdAware is probably only finding cookies. Please have a look at this link on our homepage:
