Hi there,
Hope you can help. I am unable to install anti-virus and spy-ware programs and am clearly infected with something.
I have been able to download the Kaspersky database but after leaving it to scan my computer overnight, because it took so long, I came back to my computer in the morning to find it had crashed.
I am also unable to use Hijackthis. In fact most anti-virus and spy-ware programs I use fail to load or install and I don't know how to proceed. Access to internet is otherwise ok and I am currently using Firefox.
Using Windows XP Home.
Any help would be much appreciated :)
