Problem - VirsuRanger 3.2

Hello – Just found that VirusRanger 3.2 recently took over my Windows Security Center. It now shows as the preferred software for detection, and I receive notifications that it is out of date. I have ran SP several times, as well as tried ne of the solutions posted in another forum - looking gin registry and files in the computer to delete the VR 3.2 files and entries. Neither has gotten rid of it. I'd like to return my WSC back to "normal".
Why has SB not been able to detect that?
Are there any other steps I can take?

If Spybot-S&D does not detect or remove an item and you can find the files, please zip or rar them and send to: detections(AT)spybot.info (Replace AT with @)

For someone to take a look at the system, please follow the procedure in this link:
