Hi, I am new to the forum but not to spybot.. We have recently gotten this adware on our laptop. I currently use Trend Micro PC Cillin and Trend Micro Anti Spyware and then Spybot S&D. I have used trend micro's solution instructions and spybot's instructions on deleting it.. Which consists of going into under safe mode and modifying the registry.. Which i have done multiple times.. But I am not completely getting it out of there. It seems to be running in the backgroung somewhere and its either in a hidden program or something that i can't get it to delete.. I go into the task manager and don't see the actual file running but i'm sure its attatched to something else that runs even in safe mode.. how do i edit it or find it.. can you please assist.. I am desperate. I've been dealing with this for weeks and Trend Micro hasn't been of much assistance.. Their support is not as good as their programs.. thanks sara
 
ok i think i got it all.. the only one i didn't get was the pandaactivescan.. the site wouldn't load for some reason.. but here's the results..

ok i hope i did this right.. on the hijack this.. i didn't check any of the boxes to fix the items. i wasn't sure if i was suppose too.. but the ewido seems to have deleted the spyware spystriker.. let me know if there's anything else i need to do.. thanks for you help.. yoru amazing..

Please do not check/fix any of the boxes. :)
Before you post a log

Most of what HJT shows is needed by your Operating System so if you fix items without knowing what they are, you can create serious problems and Windows instability.

If you do not have advanced knowledge about computers you should not attempt to fix entries using HijackThis without consulting an expert on using this program.

Those logs look fine, good work,
Try panda's free online again, if thee are still problems use Kaspersky's Please
Kaspersky Lab - Free Online scan:
http://www.kaspersky.com/virusscanner
Click scan settings and place a check next to use [x]extended this database etc etc. Click ok.
Then choose: my computer: scan all your hard drives and mapped disks.
when finished click save as text and post that in your reply.
 
Thank you so so much for the help... The programs were rather interesting.. So nothing on HJT needs to be deleted... And should i now uninstall these programs. I really like ewido one.. I will continue to use my spybot along side my trend micro programs but what about the others.. hubby said it seemed it was running rather slow on startup which has happened with the spyware infection.. just wanted to find out a few last questions and to thank you so much for you help.

No nothing i can see that needs to be fix with hijackthis, Keep it and ewido, when ewido's trial runs out it can still be used to scan and clean your system, i would delete smitrem, if ever needed again you would need to download again.
