I have just updated to spybot 1.5.2 yesterday 07/02 and on starting up my computer today find on the bottom tool bar an icon stating that 58716 processes blacklisted.
As I am one of those people referred to a "silver surfer" I would be most obliged if someone can explain to me what it actually refers to or what ifany affect it may have on my system.

Hello,
It is really difficult to read. ....
Tavern: "A place to chat or ask general questions, no politics or religion please. Questions related to Spybot-S&D support/tools, or requests for Malware removal, should be posted in the appropriate forum. Not in the tavern. ;-)"
*sighs*
Anyway.....
That is the resident TeaTimer - the realtime protection of Spybot - Search & Destroy - which has items blacklisted in order to block the baddies from getting in.
Please read this information about TeaTimer:
http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/33.html
and http://www.safer-networking.org/en/faq/34.html
If you surf the web and without any user interaction the teatimer pops up and warns about a registry change it is better to "deny", but if you install something by yourself it is OK to "allow" the change.
Best regards
Sandra
