Possible Virtumonde?

My hard drive icon is now a red x and out of nowhere there are all these .tmp files which cannot be deleted (which i believe is a symptom of Virtumonde if i remember correctly). Further more i cannot run a kaspersky scan, It says Failed to load Kaspersky Online Scanner ActiveX control! You must have administrative rights on this computer; you also must have IE security setting to the Medium level.
Thing is I am the administrator on this computer. Any advice on what to do?
