My wife recently downloaded some nasty files from a website. Included in these goodies were trojan.byteverify, adware.qoolaid, adware.targetsaver and several others. I have cleaned the pc using the most recent Norton files and spyboy but have concerns with the following files as spybot cannot remove them. Should I be concerned with these as lingering effects from a trojan or am I good to go?

Command Service: Settings (Registry key, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\CurrentControlSet\Services\cmdService

Command Service: Settings (Registry key, nothing done)
HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE\SYSTEM\ControlSet001\Services\cmdService

ANY HELP IS GOOD HELP!!!

There are two things that you can try to get rid of the things that Spybot-S&D is having difficulty removing:
Try to run it the next time you reboot.
Go into Spybot > Mode > Advanced mode > Settings > Settings > look for "System start" (located half way down the page).
Check the option: "Run program once at next system startup".
Reboot the system.
Run it in Safe mode.
Reboot your system in Safe mode and run Spybot-S&D.
If Spybot-S&D still fails to remove the problems you can request assistance in the Malware Removal forum.
