Can't sign in to excite after using spybot

After I used spybot, I have been unable to log into excite and it has giving me these error:

The browser you're using is not allowing you to sign in to Excite

I tried everything I can think of and it is not working. I also looked to reverse the spybot scan, but there were no back up files.
