Spybot 152 installed but keeps asking to be downloaded again

I have downloaded Spybot 152 several times, as when I try to run the program, it asks to be downloaded yet again. I also have an earlier version of Spybot which is working well. What am I doing that is wrong? Puzzled! Joan
