i got the exact same thing and it says click on this to download gold anti virus or sumthing and it has few icons like "for your eyes only" and stuff, your wall paper is a html file just like drag is down and close it thats all i know, ask a professional like pskelly ;) he helped me out big time im still so happy :) ;) :D
