Browers helper NOT WORKING right

Hey people.. Im getting bad pop-ups from time to time. NOw i have Spybot4 with all the updates. Now i permanently set BROWERS HELPER on. But after i exit out of Spybot and then come back into it. The Brower helper is now turned off.. Whats going on? I know when its turned off due to i get alot of pop-ups.. HELP PLZ

Using Windows Explorer navigate to C:\Program Files\Spybot - Search & Destroy. Make sure that the SDHelper.dll file is there.
