problem with 1.5.2 version

S.o. xp media center s. pack 2, i.e. 7.
Uso spybot da anni e non ho mai avuto nessun tipo di problema.
Due giorni fà ho avuto la buona idea d'installare la nuova versione e ho
cominciato a notare un problema. Mi spiego, siamo 4 utenti ad utilizzare
questo pc, se apro spybot con il mio profilo o scarico un aggiornamento,
succede che diventa impossibile caricare un altro profilo utente. Mi dice
profilo non trovato nella rete locale, si aprirà un profilo provvisorio
ecc....
Poi però se riavvio il pc, torna tutto normale, e tutti i profili si aprono
senza problema. Questo succede solo quando faccio partire spybot nuova
edizione. Dalla disperazione ho deciso de disinstallarlo, ma mi dispiace
molto perchè per me è un programma ottimo. Cosa devo fare ? Ho provato a
reinstallarlo ma è sempre uguale. Posso tornare alla vecchia versione ? Dove
la trovo ?

1. What did the error message say exactly when the accounts were damaged?
2. How did you repair the accounts?
3. How many accounts do you have on your pc?
4. What rights do this accounts have?
5. Which other security software do you run?
6. Did the error message occur after a fresh system start or right after you tried to log on with a different user?
7. Was the new version of Spybot 1.5.2 installed over an old version or was the old version uninstalled before?

I have 4 accounts on my pc.
When I restart my pc everything returns ok.
Every account has administrator rights.
I use these security softwares : ad aware, windows defender, avg antispywares.
The error message occur after I try to log on with a different user.
The error says : impossible download this user account because not find it in local, it will be opened a temporary user account, etc...
I've installed new version of spybot 1.5.2 when I downloaded regulary updates of old version.
So the old version was already installed.
I used it for many years with others softwares and I never have any problems.
Now, I have uninstalled new version and I have returned to the old version, and everything is returned OK.
