CoolToolBar will not go away

i have had this appear when i run Spybot for the last 6 months
+hijack this log....

I also want to point out that if Spybot is locating something it can not remove, you should post those questions here:

Make sure you are up to date and totally immunized when you are running Spybot S&D before you post.

Do not run and post the Kaspersky Online Scan now until I request it.
Let's see if we can remove it manually first.

1) Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP, Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune

Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

4) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart, post the uninstall list, a new HJT log and some feedback from you.
