Thanks for your reply. Here's what I know about the two Trojans...

- They were detected by my Symantec AntiVirus client, corporate edition configured for real-time system protection.

- Trojan.Advatrix was identified in the folder C:\Program Files\WinBudget\bin, with files named tempzor and matrix.dll being quarantined by the antivirus client.

- Trojan.Zonebac was found in the file called A0026431.exe in C:\System Volume Information\_restore{129201FA-B0AC-49B3-96B2-DEB8B91E727B}\RP371\, also quarantined by Symantec.

- Trojan.Zonebac was also found in the file ehtray.exe in directory C:\WINDOWS\ehome\, but was "left alone" by the antivirus client. It last appeared in a scan log on Feb. 12, and several scans have been completed since then where it did not show up.

Delete also this:

C:\Program Files\Morpheus\mymorpheusToolbar.exe

Empty Recycle Bin.

If you re-scan with Symantec, does it still find something?

I deleted the files/folders you specified and re-scanned with Symantec last night. Everything came out clean, no viruses found. I assume this means I can delete the infected files that were placed in the quarrantine during those earlier scans...

System seems to be running fine lately. Any thoughts on why there seems to be such a high number of ambiguous registry entries and multiple instances of the same process running (i.e. svchost.exe), as seen in the HJT log?

Not sure what you mean by ambiguous registry entries but multiple svchost.exes are explained here (http://www.computerhope.com/issues/ch000517.htm)
