infected with Darksma and Virtumonde

My computer [Win2K, 1.2Mhz, 2G RAM] has been infected with Darksma and Virtumonde. I am running Kaspersky Online Scanner, but it has been running for 10 hours and is only 62% finished [I have 8 hard drives], so obviously the log will not fit in one post. Should I continue to run the scanner [it has already found 48 viruses and 239 infected objects] and go on to HijackThis? I have Spybot 1.4 [with the latest updates], should I remove it and install 1.52? Please help.

HI

1. Well you're upto 62% so it will finish eventually, the log will most probably be enormous & you wont be able to attach it either ... So look through it ... search for lines with the word "infected" on them, & just post those entries ...

2. Remember to include a Hijackthis log ...

3. Yes ... uninstall Spybot & download the new version.
