CPU Running near 100% constantly

I have had trouble the last couple of days with my CPU running at close to 100% nonstop. To the point where i cant even right click or open task manager. The process that doesnt seem legit is agent.exe. I have never seen it in my processes before and i am confused about how to get rid of it. I am close to just rebooting my entire computer, but id thought that someone might be able to help me solve this problem before i have to do that..
