Hello- I would appreciate any help given! I have spent days reading up as much as I can trying to remove what Webroot's Spysweeper identifies as "Troj/Virtum-Gen". Quarantine and deletion always fails. I have tried running the program in safe mode, but it logs that it has "failed to disinfect". I have downloaded and run a number of programs, such as Vundofix and other anti-malaware and anti-virus programs. They all detect the trojan, but fail to clean and remove it. I even tried a reinstall and repair of Windows, and the bugger is still there! I'm at my wit's end!
