Registry Changes

I've been getting these popups lately. I've been reading through other threads and posts about it, so I know it's TeaTimer, and I know I can trust some because it's SpyBot trying to delete files. But, when I get to ones like

"Category: Browser Helper Object
Change: Value Added

Entry: {1CE6E7F7-7A9B-4510-A217-BD6BE756B1dD2}"

I don't know what they are. I've been getting a lot like this. Should I allow the change or should I not?

If you surf the web and without any user interaction the teatimer pops up and warns about a registry change it is better to "deny", but if you install something by yourself it is OK to "allow" the change.
