I keep having to "deny" a registry change request detected by SpyBot. It is as follows:

Category: USER SPECIFIC BROWSER TOOLBAR
CHANGE: Value added
Entry: ITBarLayout
New Data: HEX: 11,00,00,00,4C, 00,00,00,00,00,00,00,34.

How can I permanently "delete" whatever is trying to change my registry?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated!

say (check mark) remember and then deny. looks like "it barlayout" which i believe is a spyware toolbar is trying to get in u system. i could b wrong though, it might just be the layout of where you wanted your toolbars placed in internet explorer. Did you move your toolbars around in ie? don't take my work on that it bein spyware. If its not spyware, and u computer needs it, go into spybot settings in teatimer, rick click teatimer and go to settings, click the denied tab, and click the x's in the list so that you can be asked again.
