Hello,
I am currently having problems with deleting malware named vitumonde and doubleclick. the malware not only has been disabeling and putting back my desktop but also disables me from acceses the personlaize option on right click on desktop. every time i scan and delete it appears agoin i also have used norton bu it only detects a internet explorer cookie. The biggest proble is when i try to immunize it does not let me immunize a item claiming i do not have adminstrator privilges when im cleary the computer adminstrator.
