Folders question

Alright, I have two questions that hopefully someone can help me with.

First, I recently changed a folder on my computer to "hidden" but now I don't know how to access it anymore. How do I get back to this folder?

Second, is there a way to put a lock or a password protection on certain folders on my computer? I have a computer shared with 2 other people and would like to keep some of my stuff protected. Any way I can do this?

Go to Control Panel>Folder Options>Go to tab "View" and select "Show hidden files and folders".
It will show hidden files.
Additional info:
There're "super" hidden files which have system+hidden attributes. They can be shown by unchecking the box "Hide protected system files (Recommended)".
Old Windows operating systems (9X/ME) can set file attributes to System, Hidden, Archive and Read-Only using file in WINDOWS folder (I've forgot name of file).
