I hope you did not cut the Kaspersky Online Scan off before I say everything. Always choose Notepad > Edit > Select All > copy/paste everything that is highlited.

Before we start, you have a load of junk here:

Please Download NoLop to your desktop from one of the links below...

First close any other programs you have running as this will require a reboot
Double click NoLop.exe to run it.
Now click the button labelled "Search and Destroy"

When scanning is finished you will be prompted to reboot only if infected, Click OK
Now click the "REBOOT" Button.
A Message should popup from NoLop. If not, double click the program again and it will finish Please Post the contents of C:\NoLop.log along with a fresh HijackThis log

--If you receive an error, "mscomctl.ocx or one of its dependencies are not correctly registered," please download mscomctl.ocx to your system32 folder then rerun the program. --

Thanks for returning your information, as we proceed with HJT, you have some items (Adobe PDF Reader Link Helper, PCTools Site Guard, and CBrowserHelperObject Object) that
are not malware, but are damaged and not working properly if at all. We will remove the damaged items, if you use them, install them again once we are finished.

You Javas is slightly out of date, download the newest version and then uninstall all old versions in Add Remove Programs.

2) How to make files and folders visible:
Click Start > Open My Computer.
Select the Tools menu and click Folder Options.
Select the View Tab. Under the Hidden files and folders heading, select Show hidden files and folders.
Uncheck: Hide file extensions for known file types
Uncheck the Hide protected operating system files (recommended) option.
Click Yes to confirm. Click OK.
You may reverse this for safety when we are finished.

3) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

4) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

5) Right click Start > Explore and navigate to these files/folders and delete them if there.

6) Run ATF Cleaner

Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart and post a new HJT log and some feedback.

First, let me say the HJT log looks clean, great job following complex Instructions:bigthumb: No doubt CiD help is part of LOP/C2Media, you may uninstall anything in your Add Remove programs you know does not belong there. Before you uninstall it, could you follow these directions:

Open Hijackthis.
Click the "Open the Misc Tools" section Button.
Click the "Open Uninstall Manager" Button.
Click the "Save list..." Button.
Save it to your desktop. Copy and paste the contents into your reply.
(You may edit out Microsoft, Hotfixes, Security Update for Windows XP,
Update for Windows XP and Windows XP Hotfix to shorten the list)

Let's run a new Kaspersky Online Scan scan using these settings to make sure nothing hides from us:

* The program will launch and then begin downloading the latest definition files:
* Once the files have been downloaded click on NEXT
* Now click on Scan Settings
* In the scan settings make that the following are selected:
* Scan using the following Anti-Virus database:
* Standard
* Scan Options:
* Scan Archives
* Scan Mail Bases
* Click OK
* Now under select a target to scan:
* Select My Computer
* This will program will start and scan your system.
* The scan will take a while so be patient and let it run.
* Once the scan is complete it will display if your system has been infected.
* Now click on the Save as Text button:
* Save the file to your desktop.

I only need to see the Kaspersky scan results if you have questions, post the uninstall list. Let me know how the computer is running.

Tried to remove it, said it was already uninstalled so it seems like everything's good! :) Kaspersky didn't find anything either and computer seems to run smoothly now.
