Multiple iexplore running in TaskManager

Hi~Hope I did this right :)

TM is showing multiple instances of iexplore.exe running, as many as 20. I've searched here & noticed that each "fix" is different depending on individual circumstances?
I've done a S & D scan in safe mode & it came back clean. I ran the Kaspersky Online Scanner but it will take more than one post to display it so I've not included it per the "before you post" directions, so I only included the top part of it here:

Scan Statistics:

Number of infected objects: 0
Number of suspicious objects: 0
Duration of the scan process: 02:05:31

Don't know if it matters, I have TeaTimer, but shut it off when I did the HJT log as I read other's being asked to do that when posting.

I'll briefly mention that infections are rarely the same, the hackers constantly change how they bundle junk to avoid us. This means the methods of removing the junk may be similiar, but are different.

Kaspersky Online Scan is showing nothing:
Number of viruses found: 0
Number of infected objects: 0
Number of suspicious objects: 0

You have some junk that should not be on the computer, let's remove it, and clean a little to see what happens.

1) We need first to disable TeaTimer that it doesn't interfere with fixes. You can re-enable it when you're clean again:
* Run Spybot-S&D in Advanced Mode.
* If it is not already set to do this Go to the Mode menu select "Advanced Mode"
* On the left hand side, Click on Tools
* Then click on the Resident Icon in the List
* Uncheck "Resident TeaTimer" and OK any prompts.
* Restart your computer.
(leave TT disabled until we finish)

2) Please download ATF Cleaner by Atribune
http://www.atribune.org/content/view/25/2/
Save it to your Desktop. We will use this later.

3) Open HijackThis and choose "Do a system scan only" then check the box in front of these line items:

(first item is optional, leave it if you use it)

Close all programs but HJT and all browser windows, then click on "Fix Checked"

4) Run ATF Cleaner
Double-click ATF-Cleaner.exe to run the program.
Click Select All found at the bottom of the list.
Click the Empty Selected button.
Click Exit on the Main menu to close the program.

Restart, post a new HJT log and some feedback.
