S&D cant remove opnoppn.dll

Hi.
SpyBot found:
C:\Windows\System32\opnoppn.dll
When I clicked Fix selected problems, it said access denied, do you want to do a scan at startup? I did, and SpyBot locked up about 75% thru the scan.
I even tried using a program (GiPo FileUtilities) that lets you delete a file at startup.
That didn't work, SpyBot locked-up again.
(I always check for & download SpyBot updates before scan)

Did you try running Spybot-S&D in safe mode?

Please follow the procedure in this link:

Then start your own thread in the Malware Removal Forum (http://forums.spybot.info/forumdisplay.php?f=22) where a helper will advise you when available. :)
