Just downloaded the latest and greatest version;

however, after rebooting for other reasons, when I attempted to open the program, I got the following negates:

When I press the "Details>> button, I get the following:

All the above without the quotes, of course, just my way of highlighting.

Thankfully, at least I ran the previous version prior to all this, came up with some 176 "problems". I was informed that I would have to reboot to finish out the last 7 "problems". Now I can't finish out anything, much less get the program to load.

Help? Please?

Or lack of it, really. Sheez, 95 looks and no replies. Does this surprise me? No, not really, but it does disappoint me. Hopefully, someone will "pass the word" when the bugs are fixed. I guess I'll just keep attempting to download and install, uninstall, and repeat the process.

Actually, someone could help me by giving me the edition before this "latest and greatest". Would that be possible?

To clarify this, are you saying that instead of rebooting to finish "fixing" the remaining 7 problems, you chose to first update to a new version of Spybot and then reboot?

It may also help if you indicate what operating system you are using and what version of Spybot S&D you were using prior to the update.

The official release version prior to 1.5.2 (1.5.2.20) was 1.4, however there were a number of beta releases between that and the current version.
